Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers may be extended at the discretion of Air Safaris and may be subject to a fee or fare difference.
Bookings & Availability
All flights are subject to availability and weather conditions. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Gift vouchers must be redeemed at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Transferability
Gift vouchers are transferable and may be used by another person. They must be presented at check-in (either printed or on a mobile device).
Partial Redemption
If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
Upgrades & Additional Payments
If the value of the voucher is less than the selected experience, the difference must be paid at the time of booking.
Weather & Operational Conditions
Flights are weather dependent. If a flight is cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, bookings can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Passenger Requirements
All passengers are subject to weight and safety requirements. Air Safaris reserves the right to adjust seating or flight arrangements to ensure safety and aircraft performance.
Amendments
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Late changes or no-shows may result in the voucher being forfeited.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Air Safaris is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Please treat your voucher like cash.
